From our production facility in Tipton, West Midlands, we proudly offer the UK’s most extensive steel bending range, serving diverse industries across the globe.

Our commitment to innovation and personalised service has fuelled our success, and we’ve never lost sight of the importance of nurturing the next generation of engineering talent. Recently, our Managing Director, Daniel Barnshaw, had the honour of attending a local careers fair, where he shared invaluable insights into the world of engineering, steel, and the exciting career prospects Angle Ring has to offer. Here’s a glimpse into our inspiring day at the event.

Angle Ring: A legacy of excellence

Angle Ring’s journey began over 70 years ago when Frank Barnshaw founded the company. Today, as a third-generation family-owned business, we take immense pride in delivering top-notch service to our customers. Our single-site production facility in Tipton, West Midlands, forms the heart of our operations, and we serve as a crucial link in the supply chain for a wide range of industries, both in the UK and abroad.

Our extensive array of metal bending machinery enables us to provide tailor-made solutions for projects of any complexity. Be it large or small components, one-off requirements, or high-volume jobs, we excel in bending plates, sections, bars, and tubes with unparalleled precision and cost-effectiveness. Our clientele spans from local engineering firms to global corporations, reflecting our commitment to delivering competitive, top tier services.

Inspiring future engineers

Angle Ring’s commitment to nurturing young talent in the engineering sector came to the forefront during our recent visit to a local careers fair. The event at Joseph Leckie Academy Sixth Form in Walsall was a fantastic opportunity to connect with aspiring students and introduce them to the dynamic world of engineering.

Engaging in conversations with students, these enthusiastic young minds displayed a keen interest in pursuing careers in engineering, and Dan was more than happy to share his insights and experiences.

We also had the pleasure of speaking with their teacher, Joe Barron, who plays a pivotal role in guiding these young individuals toward fulfilling careers. It was clear that the school is committed to fostering a passion for engineering, and Angle Ring was thrilled to support their efforts.
