A nice volume job that has just gone through the Angel Ring shop floor, here we have some 3mm thick x 4000mm long S275 grade crash barrier components that have received the treatment of one of our press brakes.

We run a variety of press braking machines, each with a complete range of tooling enabling a quick turnaround on free issue or complete supply material, in lengths of up to 10,000mm.

As you can see from these components, plate can be pressed in multiple positions to create these complex shapes, which also reduces the number of welds required during fabrication.

They’re now ready for installation in segments on a roadside near you!
