1200 Tonne press-braking capacity
NEW CAPACITY at Angle Ring now allows press braking
of material in lengths up to 10 metres long x 1200 tonnes
Tipton based Angle Ring have recently installed a range
of press braking machinery with a range of up to 1200
tonnes x 10000mm long.
This enables material up to 25mm thick to be pressed in
a 10 metre length.
The machinery consists of three Bronx made press brakes,
sourced from Bentham International who closed their production
facilities in Gloucester last year.
The machines were used by Bentham International to form
plate into pipe for process industries, and whilst Angle
Ring will continue with the production of formed and welded
pipes they intend to offer their services to their entire
range of customers.

Angle Ring can also offer a full edge / end preparing
and welding service if required.
The Triangle sections shown were produced for the
structural steel market and were offered fully welded
and tested by Angle Ring including delivery to the
steel fabricator in Austria. |
