Press Braking

From thin, short lengths for stair treads, up to long heavy plates, the press braking range we operate is one of the largest around.

A variety of press braking machines are used, each with a complete range of tooling enabling a quick turnaround on free issue or complete supply material, in lengths of up to 10,000mm. Plate can be pressed in multiple positions, creating complex shapes, reducing the number of welds required during fabrication, and items can be produced in a wide range of material grades including exotic stainless steels.

Bespoke Structural Sections

The heavy end of our pressing range allows us to press 10,000mm lengths with 1200 tonnes of pressure, enabling 25mm thick material in full 10 metre lengths to be formed.

Innovative architects & engineers in the structural market are designing bespoke structural sections, which we press form to their specific requirements (and weld where required). These allow non-standard sizes of Hollow Sections, or unique items such as Hexagon, Octagon, or Triangular sections to be produced. The press braking process is a very flexible one, and endless shapes can be produced to suit your project.
